1. Shipping and Handling

SHIPPING COST VARIES BASED ON LOCATION AND ORDER WEIGHT. WE SHIP TO THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, CANADA, AND THE UNITED KINGDOM.

IF you live outside of the countries listed above, you can contact us here about receiving an international shipping quote.

We take the shipping process very seriously. We feel that, while costly, effective packing materials are a necessity.  Your order is GUARANTEED to be double boxed and packed securely with bubble wrap/paper/etc to avoid any damage to your items or their box (if applicable).

Orders placed after 3:00pm EST will be shipped the next business day unless noted otherwise. Tracking information will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of your order being shipped. Any orders placed on fridays after 5:00pm EST will not be shipped until the following business day (mondays/tuesdays if there is a holiday).

2. Returns

Returns on new, unused items are accepted within 14 days of the transaction taking place, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN THE “ADDITIONAL INFO” TAB OF THE ITEM’S PAGE (USUALLY APPLIES TO VINTAGE SNEAKERS). If the item(s) are not returned in new, unworn condition or the same condition as when they left ransomnote, the return can be denied.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and the buyer is responsible for any and all return shipping costs. REFUNDS ARE NOT PROCESSED UNTIL THE RETURNED ITEM IS IN OUR POSSESSION AND PASSES INSPECTION.

REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED VIA THE SAME PAYMENT METHOD OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

You, the buyer, are responsible for following up with the shipping service in regards to any missing or damaged items (i.e. items that arrive in different condition than before they left RANSOMNOTE). We will be glad to guide you to resources that are available to you, but are not held responsible for damage caused by the delivery service.

ALL SALES ON PRE-OWNED ITEMS ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON PRE-OWNED ITEMS.
